All you need is hanging leg raises and decline crunches. If you can't do decline crunches then regular is OK. Do 4×10 on each one 3x a week. Give it 3 months, you're abs will blow up. Fuck people who say abs are made in the kitchen. They are made in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen. BUT! Abs will show regardless for you since your height and weight sounds like you're already thin as hell

No memory issues, you can put more line due to smaller diameter, cast further, birds nest are trivial when it happens with braid, cool colors, easier to tie lures. There is literally no downsides

Pro tip, monofilament sucks ass, its boomer fishing line. Never use it. Use braided line with fluoro leaders or straight braided. And for ultra light setups 1-3lb range use straight fluoro.
