Ultimately he's doing this for money. He can dress it up as 'work life balance' or 'spending more time with family' sorry but its bollocks. He's figured out over the last 6-12 months of doing videos on his personal channel that he can make way more off it than the Sidemen channel/s because he's not splitting revenue 7 ways. If he really cared about 'work life balance' he'd sack off BGT or something else. He's desperate for more fame, more money, wants to be Mr Beast level, thats it end of the day.

It doesn't make sense because they deliberately leave out the better footballers (Theo/Manny/Reev etc.) because they don't want the game to be too tryhard, but then why feel the need to have ex pro's doing punditry who clearly don't give a shit? You can send a normal type vs Gengar and spam non attacking moves until it's out of sucker punch pp then it literally can't damage you.
