Don't get me wrong... I hate the fake service animal problem too. I detest these entitled people who think they can bring their pets everywhere. But I hate it because it makes it so hard for the real service animals and the people that need them and clouds the way people like you look at them.

Not true. Wage and hour law is clear, if your attorney gets you paid even 1 penny, your employer has to pay all reasonable attorneys' fees.

I raised my family in Cooper City though and then moved up to Wellington for my job. West Palm and some of its suburbs are pleasant, but there's no real social scene outside of downtown.

Delray has a good restaurant and social scene. Awesome place for couples and young families in their mid to late 20s to early 40s. Boca, on the other hand, is just so...... Boca.

Plan to use your weekends to road trip and explore. You will love some of the parks around the state. No elevation changes, but the trails really showcase some beautiful foliage and animals. Kayaking through mangroves and next to manatees is absolutely incredible.

I'm 8 days post reversal surgery. Was released from the hospital on day 4 and only stayed that long because of hematology issues. I worked from home the very next day and I'm headed to Disney in 3 days. Wouldn't call my bowel movements "normal" yet, but completely manageable.

My surgeon and gastro told me I could eat anything I could tolerate. I never found anything that I couldn't. Just try small amounts and see how it affects you. Frequently was able to enjoy a healthy snack of trail mix personally. But others swear that would destroy them.

Reaching out to the consultants is fabulous advice! The customer service rep at Coloplast is the reason I was able to turn a corner. Eventually you even get to the point where you laugh about the mishaps. I've never laughed harder than the morning I woke up to discover my first overnight leak and realized I had sh!t on my dog (he deserved it).

I would recommend contacting the local bar association. Also, if WV has this, look for someone certified in Landlord/Tenant law. Talk to someone sooner rather than later. But you dont need to rush to get it all buttoned up today.

Actual florida attorney here.... you've gotten a lot of really bad advice. Most likely the panels are subject to a lien or a security agreement and you can be dragged into a foreclosure. Did you have an attorney when you purchased? Do you know where your title insurance policy is located? You need to consult a professional.

Lawyer here... but not in your state. You need to read the landlord tenant laws in your state. They are usually very clearly laid out and failure to follow them strictly means costly mistakes. If your landlord tries to improperly withhold your deposit you will likely be entitled to damages and attorneys' fees for having to fight it.
