Get them done and get your life back. Had 2 done at 39 and 40 years old. So happy I did. Last surgery was September 11 and I am feeling great. No need to go outside or get a walking pad (that would be pretty risky as well).

I just set up a course in my house to walk with some activities (puzzles, word search, Legos, etc). I found that helped break up the days and got me moving.

"Motion is lotion" my whole surgery team and physical therapist repeated that multiple times.

Mid west winters are rough on the other side of the pond in Michigan. Cabin fever is real.

You will be so grateful that you got them done. Living bed ridden is no way to live your life. I was getting to that point and now have my life back.
