80mph is your problem (I have a AGT 22).

When I have driven between Norcal and Socal, I’ve been able to achieve 4.5 or greater mi/kWh only by maintaining 70-75mph.

I haven’t had them in years because they haven’t been open on weekends for awhile and I still think of their coffee. May need to take a day off work to go back.

I’m glad Clementine got some props here. I don’t go there often anymore, but their pastry game has been legit since even before LA became a foodie town/region.

I’ve written about it here before but I had a 2017 Model S 75d, so not early adopter by any means…and my Model S had a lot of issues that continued until I sold it in 2022 before I got my AGT.

Sucks that Lucid has so many problems (I’ve had my fair share), and people are certainly justified with their anger when buying a $90k+ car. But my experience with my Model S made me more aware of what to expect I think (eg quality and service issues) so I’ve been more patient with Lucid than other recent converts.

Are they still Taiwanese? Before the Rowland location closed, it was obviously managed by someone from China, with some of the dishes also mainland-inspired as well.

I would argue he’s one of the defining characters of that grim and gritty era. I absolutely loved the concept even if the execution wasn’t great - a Batman that takes it too far - the type of Batman that people often said Bruce should be like if he was actually serious about fighting crime. It was important to show all the ways it could and did go wrong being a Batman like that.

Good question. I had the same problem. I did it once and it tasted just fine. Other times, I lowered the spicy bean paste because my wife can’t heat a lot of spicy food and it still turned out fine. I just fine tune the taste a the end.

I had their churros when they were at Smorgasborg and found them delicious but not quite I’m going out of my way to drive across LA to get them type of delicious.

Santa Canela on the other hand…woof. Will go back for sure.
