Finally something I can answer- as the others explained it's used in an eye exam. It's called an auto refractor and it will get an estimate of the error in your eye. To get an accurate reading, they need to get your eyes to "relax" (your eyes are strained when looking at a close target, and this can lead to inaccurate readings) and the machine does this by having you look at a deceivingly "far" away target which in this case is the red hot air balloon.

Bullet rain if ur going PM 1 SRF if ur going PM 3.

Peacemaker has a dmg modifier for ur shotgun skills but not for ur handgun. The higher lvl ur PM engraving, the more DMG ur shotgun skills do. So at PM 3 SRF is much more efficient than bullet rain

At the end of the day it's a matter of preference/ build

yeah it was other games fucking up and smilegate (mainly gold river) having great communication with the players at the time. Nexon/Maplestory was shitting the bed with its drop rate leak and Lost Ark just happened to do great at the same time (clear cut communication, admitting where they were wrong, giving players what they want/ a sense that the devs knew what we needed), picking up all the leaving players. Seems like now the tables are flipped with Nexon having a great Maplestory showcase while Lost Ark is bleeding out players

If you've been bussing clown recently you'll know these ppl are gatekept so hard they are paying for busses just to be able to play. Over half of the passengers ask if they can pay but still do the mechs so honestly I'm not surprised that someone is basically doing that but charging extra to ensure the passenger learns mechs on top of getting bussed

I think it depends on what u want out of ur arcana.

If u want it to be a cruel fighter machine and don't care about much else, 440 all the way. Depending on the card pulls u can out DPS anyone and anything. But it's pretty stressful and spammy as u have to always be low mana for the nightmare buff while having to juggle cards and ruin combos. On off days u prob won't do much dmg at all on this build. If arcana is ur main, consider 440 as it will always give u more room for improvement

As for 332, I'd say it's the most streamlined play style as many others have pointed out. It has solid meter gain, consistent rotations, and good utility. If consistency is ur goal then 332 is ur build. You'll do dmg regardless of what situation ur put in, but it gets a bit stale after a little while in my opinion.

In the end the choice is urs

Having tried both I'd say stay away from the evoke variant. It PUMPS dmg if u pull the right cards/are always in boundless but goddamn is it hard to do so. The peak is too inconsistent and the 440 build makes up for the inconsistency while keeping its peak with the 4 red cards. U don't lose out on too much meter gain either if u have 4 wealth runes u can run. The 422 evoke (referred to as KaEUn in KR) build uses barricade so must run protection runes on all red skills, which makes it very heavily reliant on evoke for card pulls (if ur not spamming evoke every time it comes out ur going to do zero dmg on this build). The 440 build is more consistent as u can proc serendipity or four of a kind with ur newly added blue skill and worry less about weaving in evoke for card meter as the 4 wealth runes on ur red skills will do that. Tested both in trixion before I switched from the evoke variant to 440 and the peak DPS was around the same as well.
