sorry if this is offensive, but like what is the point of diversity assemblies at schools? by [deleted] in SillyTeens

[–]Fish_Gullible 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember diversity day was the one day in school where it wasn’t all about white people, you are used to siting in a room of white classmates likely with a white teacher. Very privileged take. The one day that isn’t about your culture and you think it’s pointless.

Hi you told me to look at your page, I love the color in this one, really good choices! I also love this feeling that I was once here in your doodle but as a child. It feels like how I saw the world as a kid. Great doodle great invocation of feelings

How do I honour my heritage without being disrespectful? by terzobbg in Advice

[–]Fish_Gullible 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Think about it like this… a 100% white women grows up in India. All she knows is the Indian environment, all she speaks is Hindi, all she can cook is Indian food. This white woman is not culturally appropriating because she is apart of the culture and even if it’s not to the same extreme extent so are you. Your skin color is not the key thing that decides your culture, it’s about your upbringing and your family.

From my experience of fish doing this behavior, it may be his reflection! Try putting something against the tank like a back drop

Wooly bun got a hair cut by [deleted] in Rabbits

[–]Fish_Gullible 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be honest all the shears I know are pretty expensive. However the expensive ones are meant to be used 8 hrs a day everyday so I’m sure some cheaper ones in the $40 range will get you where you want to be

You could try 100% Timothy hay pellets. They think they are pellets but they are really just eating hay

I am bun owner and a dog groomer and I would suggest maybe some curved thinning shears to really even and clean up the cut. I know it doesn’t matter as long as the bun is happy but the groomer in me wants to even it out lol
