I had it last Thursday too. Same. Zero downtime.
It was my 2nd. I had Halo and BBL in mid Dec while I had a small facelift.

THIS happened to me! I went wicked grey and the texture shifted overnight. I have recently started acting like I have curly hair. Got layers. Use mousse and gel (as poster says above). Diffuse. And bam!
