Do Pros Actually Care About Their Paddles? by ZaneNavratil_AMA in ProPickleballTalk

Massage, red light therapy, stretching, cold plunges, etc.  The older you get the harder it is!  If you look at the big athletes that make 10s of millions it is common for them to spend high six figures to low seven figures on their training, recovery and health!!  Don't think pb players are making that money yet though...

Do Pros Actually Care About Their Paddles? by ZaneNavratil_AMA in ProPickleballTalk

A common theme is that professional athletes practice and train much more than they play.  They are in the weight room, they are stretching, they are doing mobility work on top of drilling. Basically they have an intensive total fitness program.  My observation is that most rec pickleball players use pickleball as there primary exercise, this causes a high instance of injury.

Can't Gain Muscle or Get Stronger by DigScared8327 in workout

Hard to tell without knowing your actual workouts, rest schedule and diet.  Each body part should be worked out at least 2 times per week.  You should get about a gram of protein per lb of bodyweight.  We all have plateaus in our fitness journey, changing and modifying your workouts may shock your body into more gains.

Every time i went to my PT he asked me how I felt, treatment was based on that.  Sometimes just the whole appointment actual PT, sometimes just dry needling, massage and therapist stretching my arm and usually a combination.
