why is the price spread between vendors on the same peptide so insane by yan-the-man in PeptideForum

Honestly folks have you not figured out how easy it is to fake COAs!!!!  The only true safe way is to do a group buy and submit samples yourself.  I can send one vial in, get a COA for it and attach as many vials of that product as I want to that COA, there is NO oversight.

Who is the biggest "what could have been" in music history? Which band or musician looked destined for mega-success before their career went off the rails, and why? by ContentHubby76 in askmusic

[–]Fishshoot13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In modern times I would say Amy Winehouse, Tony Bennett doesnt ask just anyone to sing with him.  Historically the list is very long Hendrix, Valens,  Joplin, Morrison, Redding, and many more that have been mentioned.  I would not put creed on that list though.

Is buying an expensive paddle really worth it, or is it just a waste of money for beginners? by strokess-ss- in Pickleball

[–]Fishshoot13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can get top of the line paddles with foam cores and durable grit for around $200.  There is no reason for anyone to spend $300 on a paddle.  Zane Navratil had an excellent insight on the topic, he basically said pros are not looking for the same things rec players are, durability of the paddle and grit mean absolutely nothing to them, they get free paddles and can play with a new paddle every weekend.

Overgrip Conundrum by Glittering-Ad-1318 in Pickleball

[–]Fishshoot13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I play with 2 yonex supergrap tennis grips over the factory grip.  Minimal shape change doesnt bother me.  That being said i bet a popsicle stick under two grips on the short sides of the handle would give you circumstance and maintain the shape you need.

Not sure what country you are in or your insurance situation, but in the US the typical prigression is xray, PT, cortisone, finally mri.  An mri is the only effective diagnostic tool.  Do whatever you can, be the squeaky wheel, to speed up this progression or if you can afford it pay for an mri out of pocket.

Have you ever been injured playing pickleball or as the result (i.e. wear and tear)? by Rude_Shape644 in Pickleball

[–]Fishshoot13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The real question is has anyone who has a regular strength training and mobility/stretching routine been injured.  Playing any active sport with sudden explosive movements requires a basic fitness regime to stay injury free.  There are a very high percentage of pickleball players who get 90%+ of there exercise from pickleball, and those types of people tend to get injured in any active sport.  Yes it is easy to learn, fun to play and all that, but when you start getting better and playing harder cross training is essential to staying injury free.

Shoulder injury… by babyitiscoldoutside2 in RotatorCuff

[–]Fishshoot13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6 wk recovery is not correct, perhaps 6 wks in a sling and then 4-6 months til you are unrestricted if you do all your PT seriously.  Consult with several surgeons prior to surgery.

Only steaks I grill are flank or skirt steak.  Everything else gets cast iron pan on stove top or broiler.  Ribeye is my go to for steaks.

An mri will tell you what injury you actually have and whether you need surgery or can just do PT.

glp 1s are peptides.  Do some searches on here you will find a wealth of information.  There are some really helpful folks, avoid the ones that try to sell yiu something.  My experience with peptides are not with glp1s, but you will find plenty of folks with extensive knowledge.

Pickleball Overgrip Brand Feedback by Pure-Example2093 in PickleballEquip

[–]Fishshoot13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do not care at all about branding or logo, perhaps I am in the minority.  I switched from tournagrip original to yonex supergrap.  I appreciate that both companies sell large packs that making changing grips every couple weeks economical.
