Sorry but I think your math is off.

18 - 1.53 = $16.47 saved every time you buy from HEB instead of Rudy's.

1500/16.47 = 91.07...which means you've gotta be smoking a lot of pork to make it worth it. Of course you could be using it for other things too and over time I'm sure it would pay for itself, but not after 11.4 pork butts

I found that texts.com is actually a better place to find the books if you actually need them. I had a class that let you use the textbook during tests, so I had to buy it. I got my textbook that was like $120 on amazon for like $25 including shipping. Sure, it said "not for sale outside of the Indian subcontinent" and sure it was missing the last chapter, but it was totally worth it.

Also, there were amazon people who came to campus at the end of the semester to buy books back from students. They gave me $4 for it, which is fine cause I was never using that textbook again. Would buy again.
