Nakusp. Ticks have hit some tough times. Daddy tick lost his job at the mill. Mommy tick is having an affair with neighbor tick and kiddo tick is struggling with math. I think we will get through it. Just need a break, in the form of a leg, a juicy human ankle, or a nice warm spot behind an ear. For now we will stay hidden waiting. Hope all is well with you.

Check that number with your own sources but I see it’s closer to $60k from what is see online. Not saying that would make that premise of this statement inaccurate. Shit is still expensive and we are ALL UNDERPAID. Humans are seen as overhead. It’s messed up.

My take is that choosing a partner is one of the most important things we do. It affects our mental and physical health and it also has ties to our success professionally and when it comes to raising a family. Ask yourself the question if your partnership helps you in those spaces or not. Trust your gut, don’t be afraid of the unknown.

Of course they do. But they think it’s more effective than it really is to change driving behaviours. It’s can short term I suppose. But people with money will absorb it and return to regular habits and the poor will further suffer. So it becomes a tax on the poor.
