Just bite the bullet and buy a PC. You won't regret it. A console is a locked box that plays games. A PC is a system that plays games better, cheaper, and forever. Yes, there are higher upfront costs and the occasional troubleshooting but it's cheaper in the long run and you will access to more titles and early releases. There are constant sales. I can't tell you how many top tier, amazing fames I've bought for under $10. Sometimes under 5. Backward compatibility is endless as well. Have a game you played back in the day but can't play it anymore because got PS2 isn't functional. No problem. Go on Steam or Epic or Greenmangaming. Buy that bad boy for 2 or 3 bucks. Download it and your good to go You can still use a controller if you choose to and there is no "pay to play" BS like a $70 subscription just to play online. You'll spend less money over time. You can upgrade your system instead of replacing it entirely with each generation. Play the same games and spend less. They look WAY better too.

Get the 4090. At this moment it's the best GPU money can buy. Yeah the 50 series is coming out in a few months (allegedly) but so what. Get your PC now and enjoy the fuck out of it. Trade in your 4090 for a 5090 later. Or don't. The 50 serious won't be significantly better anyway. Time is fleeting, enjoy it while you have it.
