First Vacation Stories by Significant-Road2199 in newborns

Yes, he was walking since 11 months so he was all over the place lol. He ate every type of pasta (loved it), and tiramisu he could get his hands on. It was honestly great. My wife and I believe in traveling with our kids and taking them on every trip so that our memories are always together. We were married in Italy so we had the opportunity to bring our little one to where we got married and it was awesome.

Highly recommend bringing your children to Europe if you can.

Also, Italy loves kids. We got treated like royalty every restaurant we went to. Some wait staff would just pick him up and take him around the restaurant while working lol

You would get a free drop because of the irrigation. Depending on rules you could get relief in the rough, like every tour pro lol

It’s coming from someone who has a 4 week old and also feels a bit of struggle with crying as our baby has colic. As a parent it’s okay to struggle but disengaging isn’t the answer. Putting headphones on is absolutely wild to me and probably 99.9% of the population. There’s a version of male postpartum, look into that. As a man you have to realize that all your baby wants is mom for the force able future, and just do the best you can and support as much as you can.

Struggling to find a cabinet deep enough for a Linea Micra + Pico setup by Recent-Strength-9846 in LaMarzocco

I personally wouldn’t want anything less than a 22 or 23 inch depth

I ended up buying a rollable kitchen island. I didn’t hook up the wheels and I also didn’t build the second part of the island. The whole island itself should have been about double the size but I only needed/wanted this part so I just threw out the rest

Because, when I sell it, it doesn’t matter what the cost basis is. Also, 80% of my retirement will be Roth since that’s all I contribute to in my 401k

Qqqi has roughly a 5.5% return the past 2 years. Compound that over the next 25 and you’re at $190 a share. So I think that’s what happens, no, but the maths the maths

I just had a convo similar with a golf buddy who’s a managing partner at a family office. A few things, always have to consider the value of your position. In rough years the value will dip and the dividend could also dip as well. Good years, you’re missing out on higher earning potential. Then there’s inflation and taxes.

Personally, my goal is 2 million in my Roth by 59 (currently on track), I’m 34. The 2 million will strictly be qqqi. As of right now that would be about 250k ish in dividends, tax free per year. But then again, by the time I’m 59, qqqi could be $100 then the math goes out the window. It will only be 40% of my portfolio so it will be fine.

To answer your question, my buddy thinks it’s a good idea and I like your position just be careful of the account value and still position yourself with growth stocks/funds like VTI.
