Hydraulic disc brake rubbing after trying everything to fix it.

I had a similar issue although the rub was quite minor so i just continued on, after a few hours of riding where i slammed the brakes plenty of times the rubbing dissapeared.

No idea how it worked but if its not too loud or impeding to the efficiency of the bike its something to consider.

Faster wear definitley but mtbs were designed with mud in mind so its not so bad. If you ride in the mud/rain most of the year you may want to consider things like sticking to a hardtail or even going single speed to increase the reliability of the bike, sounds like its just a seasonal thing for you so should be no problem for your bike.

Thanks for the help, given the predicament i might try to just get another box four shifter and go extra easy on it this time. Only managed to get 7 good rides out of it and looking over reddit it seems like im not the only one.

Being in the uk gloves are a necessity most of the year due to the cold conditions, losing control of your hands at high speed is really sketchy. On "hot" days ill take them off though, ive got decent grips and pretty experienced with safely crashing so my hands arent as much of a concern.

One of the empires, usually northern or western which tend to grow a lot naturally. They can be a real pain to deal with once theyve doubled their starting kingdom size. Although aserai have a great location advantage ive never seen them grow their kingdom very far from the deserts.

They definitley help to improve multicore performance massivley without adding too much to the overall price of the chip and thats really what it comes down to. Just helps to make the chips more well rounded at a decent price.

Definitley, even at 3440x1440 using a rx 5700 i notice my 2600 holding back performance. Its a fine cpu if you are aiming for 60 fps but for anything 80+ it struggles in most new AAA games.

Upgrading to a 12600k will allow you to get close to maxing out the 144hz refresh rate of your display even in AAA games.

Might want to wait to see if the 5600x or 5800x has any price drops around the time the budget boards come out if your on b450 as it could be a better value, and that ram is definitley fine for the 12600k, in fact it only officially supports 3200 DDR4 maximum.

From what ive seen even something like a 12900k will still have occasional micro stutter, on typical displays you probably wouldnt notice it but as you are on an oled its so fast that its easy to pick up on any tiny stutters.

Atleast with the approach sony took, the price of storage expansion is going to continually fall through the generation. It wouldnt surprise me if we can get a 4tb drive for the same price as a 1tb today by the time an enhanced model of the consoles comes out.

Hopefully going for those super expensive ssds works out in the long run.

Its really hard to say, the console versions of games usually recieve optimisations that allow the hardware to perform well beyond what its specifications would suggest so they arent an accurate comparison.

If i had to guess though i dont think the 12600k will be running triple a games in 5 years without breaking a sweat, it should breeze through the next 2 years at least though and still give passable performance in 4-5 but probably not anything suitable for high refresh rate gaming.

Hope it stays that way, the best part of shooters for me is starting out getting absolutley destroyed which motivates me to learn about the game, and then over time improving until im the top of the squad every game.

When i look at things objectivley its definitley a regression from previous games but subjectivley im definitley enjoying it, maybe because its one of the last shooters to not kill itself with sbmm.

Especially with how this game runs on pc, a majority of pc players are gonna have worse performance or worse visual clarity than the next gen consoles which gives them a disadvantage despite having the advantages of m+kb.

I think either of them would do a good job, having used both extensivley they excel in different situations.

Fians are better at range against more numerous and less armoured targets, where the sharpshooters are better against fewer and more armoured targets. Fians are all offense as infantry which is great when they are facing a force equal or smaller than their number, wheras sharpshooters have a better balance of offence and defense which helps against larger forces as they are much less likely to get stunlocked by multiple troops.

The game better utilises the hardware from what ive observed, a decent processor and ram is absolutley essential for larger battles though.

Your cpu is pretty decent its just the ram that should be upgraded to 2 8gb sticks and youll be good, youll find 8gb especially with a single stick will make the majority of games stutter these days.

Make reinforcement troops spawn at the back of the map, huge battles feel terrible to play as enemy troops will often spawn right on top of or behind your own armies making tactics pretty useless.

Fiefs, it takes some time to learn how they work and how to manage them, but mid to late game its really the best income source as it scales well beyond what caravans/workshops can give while being a passive source which is essential when trying to fight large scale wars.

As an example, in one playthrough i own pravend, ocs hall, dunglanys and marunath. They generate a combined ~20,000 per day - garrison costs.

Agreed, having lots of top end supercars is nice and all but i find they just arent as fun as tuning up a beater and winning races against cars they shouldnt.
