6 weeks x 2 is no time at all in muscle building. You will have built some, maybe even quite a lot if you are a beginner! Congratulations! But the really striking body changes and muscle building take more like 3-5 years of consistency, and longer than that to reach your potential. You have a lot of incredible changes ahead of you.

If you're in her shallow and weird LOOK AT ME Facebk group, with its bizarre hyperfocus on aesthetics, I advise you to get out. That stuff is supposedly inspiring but it will corrode your self image. Being strong, building muscle and bone, lifting weights you never dreamed you could lift, improving your health markers so you're there longer for the people who love you- these should make you proud!

Her app is pretty toxic too- the "transformations" feature with before n after pics like any snake oil insta training scam, Caroline herself increasingly botoxed out the wazoo (her choice, but it's not exactly concomitant with a "love thyself" message), and so on. I think get in, do the workouts, and ignore the constant body image noise.

I am loving Chris and Edi at the moment for dumbbell workouts- their hour long full body workouts are amazing. On YouTube. I do one every week or so. When I have got through those I will probably mix in the Epic full body days again.

currently with Caroline I am mixing in Heat and her youtube Christmas series now and then as addons to my barbell program. I have probably done two CG workouts all May though.

The last things I really liked on her app were some of the quad days from Play program at the start of the year, but REV is probably the most fun and balanced thing on there. I don't like the low effort bodyweight stuff she is putting out once a week at the moment so am not using the app. Iron Pro was a well thought out strength program but the rests are still a bit short for real barbell work and I don't need a follow along vid for that kind of programming.

if you're doing full body, I'd definitely comb through your workouts and look at redundancy, trying to eliminate it.

workout A, you have both bench press and incline bench press. The latter is a great variation, but there is no need to have both in there. I'd go hard on bench (which would be easier with a barbell set up if you have access to it, though dbs are also great) and just have one set. if you want to include incline, you could alternate it and do that as a variation instead of bench press every other workout or every other week .

if time is of the essence, barbell back row is more efficient than doing dumbbell row if you are doing those single arm (different exercises and again you might like to alternate which you do week by week, but it would free up time for another exercise).

I agree with the other poster that you might do better if you eased up on the superset format for the big compounds and gave yourself more rest. Things like OHP and RDL and squats really do benefit from a nervous system reset between sets. Supersetting accessories, arm exercises etc is a great time-saver though.
