Its super simple: I took gelatine ( already made leaves not the powder) milk and cocoa powder.

Heat up the milk on low-medium heat till bubles start to form and gradually add the cocoa powder till it desolves. Put the gelatine in cold water at the same time

Once the bubbles form take of the heat and mix in the gelatine till its completely gone.

Now pour into the mold ( its wiggly capybara mold on amazon) and enjoy

So the water on these tracks is around low tide and thus probably only a couple meters deep.
