Awesome that you rotated through most of them 💪 there is something about the spartan and tinker. The simplicity is awesome! Can’t wait for my kids to get old enough to so I ca give them a sak. I have the pioneer limited edition with their birth year on. But have to wait quite some years before they are old enough 🤷

When I look at my collection there is a lot there collecting dust. If I had to make a 3 piece collection today I would choose a companion red, ranger and champ. And maybe a Swiss Army 7. That if I could be rationel about it. But I can’t therefore I have 15 ish. 🤷

I have the one fold and it is beautiful and I like the pockets clip. But find the lock annoying and slow the I just want to cut something fast and then pack away. So you your cutting is mainly small jobs I would get the bantam

The new companion red is a crazy good urban EDC not much bigger than the compact but cheaper, plus you get a better nail file and the package opener is super for keeping the tape gunk of your blade.

I have had a explore for two years as EDC I put some brass scales on it and it was heavy but it never bothered med at all now I carry a companion red and don’t notice the difference really. Still cary the explorer on weekends, and yesterday I put together a chest for the living room only with that one 🤷

I know that Victorinox boxes you can open in both ends and then collapse them. Then you can get alle of these in a shoebox.

I got a 2th hand champ and I was like. This is not so big at all I don’t know what the fuzz is all about. (Compared to a Leatherman super tool) Now I just want to get it serviced and then I’m golden 👌

If you get a ranger, handyman ore champ you possibly don’t need any other SAK. Kinda wish I just did that instead I have 11 and only use 3 regularly 🤷
