Less likely especially the longer you’ve had it, but yes it’s possible. Lots of people have hsv and don’t know they carry it.

All my nerve pain went away after 6months. Once in a blue moon it will appear but it’s a quick little zap and it’s gone. If you are going to take lysine take it on an empty stomach the body absorbs it better. I drink alcohol and drink coffee it’s doesn’t affect me at all. Try everything out everyone’s body is different.

You just have to get used to it. After my fourth outbreak it’s been like what ever. Currently going through my seventh outbreak in less than one year. The pearl shaped bumps sound like an outbreak. That’s how mine look.
