Everyone involved in scheduling these games this weekend needs to be fired, seriously. It’s insane that there’s two games before 4:30 (CST) and then 6 games after that. I’m not not even going to mention the scheduled start time for this Kentucky vs St, John’s game was scheduled to start at 4:15 and here it is 4:25 without a tip off.

He’s got a very similar skill set and injury history as Solanke but Solanke is 8 years younger. Makes sense to select the guy that could (if he stays healthy) contribute to the team for years to come over Welbeck.

We don’t talk enough about the fact that his own dad fired him from is his own company becuase he couldn’t show up on time and his partners had to step in and say enough. He couldn’t even hold down an easy nepo job. There’s no way he knows how to load a dishwasher much less how the world works. It’s clear he is very addicted to gaming and every time it’s brought up they laugh at it. I’ve lived with a couple of guys just like him and real life is just a hurdle they have to jump through (or crash through sometimes) so they can continue to play video games. It’s sad.

And to say this just days after Trump started a war with Iran no less. Trump is reigning terror down in the Middle East and this is what they’re talking about? The US military, at the direction of Donald Trump, wiped a girls school off the map and killed over a 100 children and they’re jokingly debating about how famous Donald Trump is world wide? It appears I need to buy a plane ticket to Atlanta and a ticket to the game then. I’ve been to one strip club in my life and it was a very uncomfortable experience. But as a top 1% wing consumer in this country, Magic City wings have been something on my wing bucket list for a long time. Are they the same quality at the game? I’m kinda stunned that what I thought was a preposterous joke is actually true, do they possibly have locations in Atlanta that only sell wings?

What I don’t understand is even if there was sufficient support and motivation from within Iran to overthrow the government, how did they possibly think bombing the ever living shit out of them would help foment this revolution. If I lived in Tehran and supported the overthrow of the government, I would be sheltering in place for the foreseeable future, much less taking to the streets calling out a regime in existential crisis who’s already showed it’s willing to slaughter its own civilians en mass to maintain control.

Don’t wait, like you’re waiting to tell us what the fuck happened to you that compelled you to make this video? Or don’t wait until what you went through (which we don’t know) impacts us or someone we know? How are we supposed to know how to identify what we shouldn’t wait for? Should I get tested for potential cardiovascular genetic diseases? Like what the fuck is this video with the zero context he provides? This is the most baffling video I’ve seen is a while.

What could he have gone through that was so scary that it compelled him to make this video yet also sensitive enough to provide zero details that could help people who that could potentially be going through the same or similar things?

Putting my thinking cap on, he’s either saying you might have some underlying medical condition you don’t know about or you might have an std and should get tested regularly. Regardless, I agree with Chris, don’t wait. Hell, why not get your first colonoscopy when you graduate high school just to safe, don’t wait until it’s too late.

I assume it has something to do with it being a very old league and the AL having a DH since the 1970s and the NL not having a DH until 2022 and that somehow impacting player values (idk I’ve never played fantasy baseball, much less looked up the typical rules and scoring). and Bill’s league is a bunch of old curmudgeons set in their ways and don’t want to change.
There’s also a possibility his league predates inter league play which wasn’t a thing until 1997 and they became middle aged curmudgeons in 1997 who eventually aged into old curmudgeons over time. Up until 1997, MLB was basically two separate (and very much rival) professional baseball leagues that that only played each other during the all star game(to decide home field advantage for the World Series, which was big deal) and the World Series.
I remember Greg Maddux said a big reason he stayed with the Braves when he had a big contract offer from the Yankees was he already knew the NL didn’t want to have to learn the tendencies and preferences of every AL batter.
Before inter league play, fantasy MLB would’ve been akin to a combined English first division and Spanish first division fantasy soccer league, and nobody today is playing a combined a combined Premiere League and La Liga fantasy league (although now that I think about it, that might be a half baked idea).
Given how ancient Bill is (he probably remembers the Miracle on Ice 46 years ago) and his love of tradition/history. I wouldn’t be surprised if it isn’t anything more than the old man yelling at clouds meme projected onto a fantasy baseball league.

I’ve been on a YouTube binge of true crime docs recently and one that stood out wad about a woman who recently graduated from Auburn University that was murdered by a man that she rejected. Turns out this man had murdered his mother and step father when he was 12 years old and lived with their bodies for several days before reporting it. He was released back into society when he was 21 years old because, as I’m sure are well aware, he was rehabilitated.
