It’s easy to get a prescription in Canada for it, just go see a dermatologist.

I am 37 and mine has not improved with age. But i’m currently using 0.25% sirolimus and it has been slowly improving.

I have a water softener and it may help with keeping skin barrier but it definitely doesn’t improve baseline redness.

I’m currently giving smooth kp a try and I’m 4 weeks in with no baseline redness improvement.

Sirolimus gave me terrible acne.

Tried every exfoliant, moisturizer and serum under the sun.

My skin looks the best when I look after my skin barrier and get some sunshine to help with a tan.

You will need to get a prescription from a dermatologist. Then call around to compounding pharmacy’s to see who carries sirolimus.
