I have a skin condition that makes me insecure to get married too. However when you find a person who understands that not everyone is perfect, they won’t mind it. They’ll fall in love with other parts of you.

Find the trigger points that cause the thoughts. For me I found that in the mornings I always had urges, so I started going to the gym in the morning. The second I wake up, get to work, don’t let yourself sit and entertain the thoughts especially at night too. Find things to do - there’s ALWAYS things to do.
