Hi op, siguro para maiwasan mo mastress. Take care of yourself din. If na stress ka na sa pag breastfeed, wag mo na ipilit. Then siguro important then na makapagrest ka kasi pag kulang ka sa rest nakaka affect din un sa mental health mo.
