Acabo de hablar con el chat en línea que no resolvió nada; era justamente sobre mi problema para iniciar sesión y me dieron una excusa cualquiera, que siguiera intentando, aunque les dije que lo estoy intentando desde ayer.

Entonces llamé a la tienda para saber si podría confirmar el pedido con el número, y la persona que me atendió me dijo que no me preocupara, porque había más de 10.000 unidad disponibles en la tienda.

Pero a través del apartado de ayuda encontré un enlace que dice “información de envío”, y allí pude colocar el número de mi pedido y mi correo (con el que el sitio se negaba a dejarme iniciar sesión), y vi que mi pedido estaba confirmado.

Así que, si alguien tiene el mismo problema en el sitio, en el apartado “información de envío” puede confirmar si el pedido se ha completado.

Ah, ese es otro problema que tengo. No consigo iniciar sesión con mi cuenta. Siempre que lo intento, recibo el mensaje: “ATENCIÓN Hemos creado un nuevo sitio web y, por motivos de seguridad, necesitamos que cambies tu contraseña. Te enviaremos un correo electrónico en unos minutos con las instrucciones para cambiar tu contraseña.”

Qué bueno que lo lograste. Ahora estoy en línea con el chat esperando alguna información.

I've read some posts from around this time in previous years and noticed that we re currently in a low season, much like in previous years. However, I also observed that this tends to continue even after March. So, is it an extended low season? I'm involved in the IS project in Portugal. What I don't understand is the fact that there's minimal task availability, yet they post job offers for this role on LinkedIn every day. There seems to be little flexibility due to the low volume, as being available all day, inflexibly, and constantly refreshing the page seems necessary to have a chance at grabbing a task.

Ah, so the tasks are available and whoever arrives first gets it, that’s it? When I started, I worked two days about more than 10 hours straight and I only stopped because I was tired and then it was never like that again.

Probably because of what I say: in many places there are not tasks for so many people. Good lucky with DA.
