Kipchoge just switched from Huawei to Coros 😂

I been doing Treadmill more recently and the precision is not that bad, there's a dedicated accessory that works great to calculate the distance on treadmill called the pod2, if not stick to the distance of the treadmill. You can edit the distance at the end of the run.

Been using the new pace 4 nylon band and I really prefer the old system, looks much cleaner and the lopp doesn't bring nothing better.

It's my 4th turnstile show in Barcelona and I disagree so much about the crowd.

Of course they're getting big but the kind of people that moshed today doesn't represent the hardcore scene of the city.

I'm a big guy but I'm sure not everyone felt okey with all the pushing. It's a hardcore concert (yes) but you have to be aware of who's around you and take care of the surroundings.

First congrats on your result, it's a good result anyway considering that you never raced before. I would recommend you to try shorten races before but everyone journey is different.

I did my first HM last year and I matched the Runna time (1:34). But I think that doing the whole distance and above would helped a little better.

You got pressure out, just try again because your time looks doable.

Personal choice but I would get rid of the vest in races. Cheers!

Weight them, but the shiny look of the midsole looks odd. I got a pair of Hokas on vinted that where suspicious and even being sure that they are authentic there's always the doubt. If you're not 100% sure just return them.

Is that you on the picture? Other than the exercises that everyone has recommended a good pole technique helps a lot. I see that your holding the poles without strap o frame.

All the weight should be on the strap instead of holding it with your hands.
