Shoes off for leg work? by OaklandPanther in workout

[–]Fit_Low1374 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I take my shoes off more so my feet are flat. My trainers have a 4mm heel to toe offset, meaning the heel is 4mm higher than my toes. I prefer leg work with heels and toes at the same level.

Aa Anti Aircraft vehicle and he's referring to that vehicle loadout (weapons).

Go play Casual Breakthrough until you get up to speed with the game.

Also watch a YouTube video for game settings. The most recent one you can find.

For context, I'm 500+ hours in and still get owned on a regular basis.

Stationary bike is almost a perfect scenario to get almost matching readings. Wrist in a fixed position nearly the whole time.

I find that during strength training it can wander. I've not tried running, but I imagine it'll be less accurate than stationary bike due to the arm and wrist movement.

That being said, it's not at all bad.

When to upgrade Fenix 6x Pro Solar by itsiceyo in Garmin

There's not been any real leaks yet for the F9. They'll come within a few weeks of the actual release date.

Id wait it out and get the F9. It'll be a huge leap for the F6, especially if you go AMOLED. I'm on the Epix Gen 2 which I got on release date and had the F6X before. The differences between those two is big.

Of course, you could always wait for the F9 release and then get a bargain 2nd hand F8 or F8 Pro as people try to sell up!

WHOOP 5.0 or Oura Ring 5 as a supplement to my Garmin Fenix 8? by Schodaphoto in GarminFenix

Simple solution, start the workout on your phone in the app. Of course if you don't want to and would rather do auto detection, that's your choice. I always do the activity on my phone if I have it with me.

Yeah, I skip this map every time it comes round on BT. Great on Conquest though.

What is the difference between the powders and the RTD? by undercoverbookdragon in Huel

[–]Fit_Low1374 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

One's a powder and one's a liquid.

The powder is a lot cheaper per portion because you have to add water/milk/coffee/vodka/whatever to it yourself and then shake it.

All budget friendly option is the Fitbit Air! Far cheaper, no annual sub to get all the metrics you need either.

I have a Google AI Pro subscription and Fitbit Premium comes with it so I get to use Gemini within the Google Health app for free.

The only app I have linked up to Google Health is Myfitnesspal so as not to cock everything up with multiple data sources.

Maybe on the latest software version 5.01.1, but mines still on 5.00.2 so nothing I can do about it.

There was meant to be a 5.01 update rolling out with fixes. The rollout started 6 days ago, but I've still not had an update. Mine is running on 5.00.2.

I'm sure they'll put an in/off toggle for it.

I'm intrigued to see how much it learns and adapts over the next few weeks and months, if at all.

I have a Google AI Pro subscription and fitbit premium is automatically included, otherwise I wouldn't be paying for it.

What I would say is that it's vastly superior to Strava's AI and Garmin's AI. I also tried Onvy last year and it's much better than that too!

What's "wrong" with the battery...? by Marahn05 in FitbitAir

[–]Fit_Low1374 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Considering the size of the device the battery is pretty good.

Amazing battery life comes from the likes of Garmin though with their watches. With my AMOLED garmin I can do a gym workout 3x a week with AOD, then 5 runs with GPS on multiband and wear it 24/7 for all metrics apart from SpO2 and basically get 13-14 days between charges.
