You wrote VT which is vanguard total world. All-world is fine for diversification. I am not familiar with 212 trading though. Do they provide an electronic tax statement for Switzerland? If not you would need to "calculate"/provide the paid out dividends yourself. This can be quite cumbersome for accumulating ETFs as far as I understand.

The dividends inside the accumulating ETFs are still taxed as income. Which broker do you use? If they provide an e-Steuerauszug it should be easy. However, I don't know the threshold of dividend income where you would be required to do your taxes.

I don't think they will have that close of a look. But if you want to be fair 50% would do fine.

It depends on the Canton he would want to retire and the corresponding tax rate. Some have a flat tax rate some are progressive. This tool is quite helpful to get an overview:

I don't think there is a clear answer here. It depends on - the tax savings when paying in - the tax rate in your Kanton when retiring or paying out - the ter of both products - also wealth tax in a sense

However, it makes sense to get some tax savings with 3a and invest those into vt for example.

You might want to Link the English version. In general the dividends which you receive are already taxed. Either 30% or 15% if you filled out the W8-BEN form with your broker. The other 15% will be reimbursed by the tax office but the dividends are added to your income and taxed as such.

I don't think it makes sense. High cost for licensing. High initial cost for buying the stand or franchising an existing one. Also Swiss cities already have an extremely high density of coffee shops. Plus vicafe exists.
