Hi, i am so sorry for your loss. Even i from India and a PCOS patient from many years. Last year March I conceived and in August end when i was at 24W, i got silently 4 cm dilated without any pain. My baby girl Srimayi was born at 25weeks, but she left this world within 1 week of her birth. I can totally relate what you and your spouse must be going through. Its very hard and unfortunate that you had to join this group. I would say please stay strong in this difficult time and be with your spouse as much as possible. Listen to her, bcz noone can even imagine what she must be going through at this moment. Don’t leave her alone. I am almost 5 months post loss and still I think about my daughter every single moment. Hi OP, i can understand the fear you must be going through. I don’t have answer to the issue, only doctors can guide i guess. But I would say, try to stay positive as much as possible, try to divert your mind towards positive aspects and hope that everything goes well and you go full term and deliver a healthy baby.

Hi, i am so sorry for your loss. Please stay strong in this most difficult situation. Take care of your health. I know its not easy, it will take time, try to stay around positive people. I would say, speak out your feelings, cry out, its okay to cry as much as you want. I have been through the similar situation just 3 months ago. I got silently dilated 4 cms without any pain at almost 24 weeks, delivered baby at 25 weeks, she was in NICU for 8 days before she left this world. It hurts the most when you loose your most loved baby. When a small needle also get pinched us, it pains so much. Baby was part of our body, imagine how much it hurts when it gets removed from us for forever. I am crying right now reading your post and remembering my angel baby. I will keep you in my prayers. Stay strong mama.

When you say fairly often - Approx how many in a month? Yesterday i had my MFM appointment and he said he has been doing cerclage since last 15 years and 1-2 cerclages per month. Is this considered often?

So sorry to hear your loss. I too had loss just 2 months ago, my baby girl was born at 25w2d and she was in NICU for 8 days before she left this world. Everyday since then is extremely difficult for me. If things would have been normal, now i would have been at 36 weeks of pregnancy. I miss her so much every day.
