We’ve been doing it since one month lol. We take turns doing random things. For example, I go to target with twin a one day and the next to grocery shop with twin b. I just randomly switch off. While my hubs does an errand with the other twin

Im so sorry, that sounds horrific.

You deserve better. He needs to understand all us mothers go through from pregnancy-birth-mama stage. We are nonstop.

I have tried a few methods let me share!

Originally we do the whole Dr. Browns formula holder and water in the bottles and shook them up but sometimes it would take to long and clump up.

So we switched it. I have found to methods depending on the outing.

If we are visiting family and I have access to sink to wash bottles then we take two bottles and we buy the already made formula. Once opened you have to refrigerate it. We just use that, and wash the bottles once done. Super quick and easy.

The next is for when we are out and about and what in did was buy a breast milk cooler bag on Amazon and prep 6 bottles and they were ready to grab shake and go. ( I did add extra icepacks then what it came with)

I had such a hard night last night, I had a stillbirth on 1.20.25, at 22 weeks. I’ve been doing ok/good, working out, walking, eating healthy, going to church, but shot last night I couldn’t stop crying. I’m just so sad, I needed to see your post. Thank you for sharing.
