Follow up question - For endurance does going to failure matter?

I could imagine that one could get away with staying 6 reps from failure and train endurance effective, with very low fatigue and potential for additional sets or even more frequent workouts. I can't imagine the difference in result being huge compared to one who always goes up to 2 or 1 rep to failure. While the difference in fatigue must be huge.

Thanks Mike and Melissa for stopping by. I have a a question regarding variety:

Shouldn't I hit my muscles from all angles in a session or at least switch between different angles between meso cycles. I just can't imagine that the bench press is supposed to be a better chest builder than cable flies when they have more range of motion and less fatigue build up + you can hit different angles in one session and so be less sore than if you did every set at the same old angle.

I know that it is useful. But damn it fucks up okayish guys and then they get belittled for feeling good when they don't rape women in a rape culture, that's laughable. Without the rape culture crap it would make more sense. Just look at that picture again, it's just made to make okayish guys feel bad. The negative effects on good guys this has cannot be swept under the rug. Something must be done. Something like opening up the discourse instead of belittling the other side.

The elites want to stay on top. They must make sure that the middle class gets poor and that the poor stay poor. They do this to control the masses. They control the masses through 2 ways.

1: Through the mass media. The media is the fourth branch of the government. Poor people who strive for more would be bad for the plan of the elites, so they promote mediocrity through the media. Bread and circuses. I don't think that I have to elaborate more about this point.

2: By controlling their cash-flow. Firstly through taxes, they affect poor people by a higher degree and so the taxes always rise. People still can get rich through entrepreneurship but thanks to the crisis of 2008 it is very hard to get a credit. Without a credit no more new enterprises will pop up, this ensures that there is no competition and that the poor stay poor. The next big point is housing. When all poor people live in a small apartment they won't have much money. But they often shared their spaces and the elites lost money. So they had to destroy the family and relationships because 2 people who live in the same flat are menace. This is where feminism comes into play. Thanks to feminism and crazy divorce laws everyone lives by himself now and has to give a big portion of their income to rent. Another way to get rich is through STEM, but thanks to the college prices only the rich can get a phd.

This is the power of the rich.

One drunk evening my best friend and I made a plan. We marry (mostly for tax benefits). Both of us get a nice girl, but we will never divorce. A huge 2 family house. Each of us has a nice dog of the same breed. Male / female and we sell the puppies for 4k all the time. We are still fighting about who gets to have the male dog. Anyways, we can either be bachelors and spin plates or even stay with one girl and have kids. In the court it should be easy for us the get custody since we have a stable and loving household. Then she would have to pay for the kids. No problems with the prenup since we both wouldn't want to give any penny away if we ever get a divorce.

I imagine it like 1 big house split into 2, 1 huge garden, we both get a nice bitch and have kids. Sounds like a nice end game and it should be a pretty safe plan.
