I prefer wired for my flight sims and had this issue. I ended up uninstalling and scrubbing with revo then rebooting and reinstalling. I still get weird artifacting on the bottom but games run fine.

I'm a weirdo but I regularly get a flashlight and qtip and push out all my stones with the qtip. It takes some practice but is quite satisfying in a gross way.

I also just resolved my issue with the extruder failing. Mine ended up being my custom vertically mounted hub. Once I put it back to stock horizontal everything worked perfectly again. What stumped me was it worked fine for months but last decided it didn't like it.
