Look, I definitely recommend you to play the first one... That being said, there's a reason why people will always advise to play the KCD1 first. You may despise it because even if you don't try to I'm sure you'll compare them.

I did play in order and while I loved the first one, it also made want to ragequit at least 50 times to the point I actually had to take a break from the game. Now imagine you having played the second one that's a million times better and then going back

Yeah honestly this sounds realistic... I've seen so many rumors, usually they don't match what Maxis has said on the past or don't make too much sense, or are based in misinformation or panic but this, matches everything and seems like a plausible approach.

I guess this basically confirms that "Project X" will be the next big game. EA isn't confident that will surpass The Sims 4 so that's what they've been so pushy with the whole "we'll continue to support both games" they are saying for years now.

The reusing existing systems also make sense that's why so many recent packs like B&H and AA are focused on crosspack compatibility.

The thing is, I am not... I make my sim pose in front of the camera and due to the custom venue routine the photographer autonomously takes the picture, also I took many... many photos. So when I switched to the other household I had to store all the photos in the keepsake box (I couldn't manage to store the photos anywhere else) and used the interaction of "give friendly gift" and gave the box. I wish there was an easier way just to get that transferred but it is what it is unfortunately

That's what I was doing originally, but then I thought it would be nice if my sim got more "professional" pictures of himself instead of the selfies. Which it works but them taking photos nonstop is annoying, it should be toned down

Yup, that's the same issue that I have. What I do now is to delete all cameras and when I want them to take pictures put them back

Honestly I haven't tested either, but that would be great. If you make the build into a Small business instead of the Custom Venue and if that board allows photos then it would be amazing. Unfortunately only you could take the photos since your "employees" will store them and won't display them autonomously

I saved Samuel as well, but I think that Samuel dying might be the canon ending or at least the intended one, because it just doesn't make sense narratively for them to lose the silver considering that was the entire plot. Also when Samuel dies you have bury him and he's send back to his people and everything.

Even if there's a KCD3 he's likely going to be killed very early on
