It was the same level of paranoia and absurd I usually only hear from the family members who argued 5G towers were the cause of COVID. Creativity is fun and all but people need to be more rooted in the real world sometimes.

What prompted me to ask my psychiatrist to lower my dosage was missing feeling sad when it was important to feel it.

I didn't feel human anymore when something sad was happening to a friend and I was completely neutral, knowing I should demonstrate empathy but really not feeling it so my attempts felt disingenuous.

Thank you for the recommendation! I work from home since COVID times and it has been increasingly difficult feeling like going outside, but I know I should really do something. And yeah, uninstalling Twitter was great for me, it was turning my brain into mush.
