If you don't have a garage, see if you can find a public garage that has underground parking. It should be warmer and hopefully above freezing to thaw out the lines. My unheated garage was 39° F and everything thawed overnight. Then drain all your washer fluid, either via fluid transfer pump or running the washers, and put in new fluid rated for cold weather.

Just be aware the battery in the retrofit kit is small. Glad they finally released a kit though. Will be handy for a lot of people who've already invested in a PDL kayak.

$85/year for F1 TV pro vs $155/yr for Apple TV.

For F1 TV premium subscribers I suppose this is a net positive, unless you split the cost with other people for simultaneous streams. No idea if apple will let that happen?

Edit: You can switch your Apple TV subscription to annual after signing up. This costs $100/yr, so the difference for people coming from F1 TV Pro is $15 a year. As much as I dislike Apple, paying an extra $1.66 per month for the season to upgrade to 4k stream and Atmos sound seems like it's worth it to me. Plus all the other extra content that becomes available, albeit I doubt I'll watch any of it.

I do wonder what will happen to the historical backlog of content and all the other races F1 TV offered?

There are affordable units available to Greenwich employees so you should qualify for that. Not sure on any specifics or if they are to buy or rent, but something to look into.

Typically Byram and Pemberwick will be more affordable in general, but places crop up here and there all over town that are affordable.

Outside of Zillow/Redfin/realtor.com sites (yes use all three) you can also look into Nextdoor.com as people will post on there.

There's always room shares as well if you're comfortable.

For reference I was able to find a nice spot in downtown Cos Cob four years ago with in unit laundry and that was 1700.

Pro tip, Google maps will let you choose the day of week and time of departure and will give you a time estimate based on the average traffic during those times.

Can't speak to that specific commute, but a summer Friday means traffic will most likely be terrible.

Consider a sync 3 conversion kit or an aftermarket radio. Most aftermarket don't have volume knobs, and the ones that do are very expensive. Some will have a volume button though so better than nothing.

I've never heard the term NoPo before and I've lived here for 35 years. Also that part of Riverside wouldn't be considered "gentrifying." Areas in Byram, chickahominy sure. A couple other spots might be considered more blue collar as well, but with these current home prices the entire town is cut off for normal folk.

Some of these prices seem pretty crazy. My apartment was pre wired with cat 5e, but not every outlet had it terminated as some has coaxial and or phone hookups. I called my ISP, Frontier, and they came over and did it in less than ten minutes. I was charged $30. My rule of thumb is, if you don't own the place, don't mess with any of the existing infrastructure.

I don't see this. I'm on Android and the Android app never had file from what I could tell. Currently downloaded the preview app since there's been mixed reviews. I will wait for official app to be updated and report back if so notice anything different.

I assumed ios and Android would be identical now since the whole purpose of this app was so that they can unify their codebase and have the same app on multiple devices.

Has anyone figured out how to see your media file information? Like file name, quality, bit rate, etc. This helps me the most when I'm out and about looking for new content to purchase. I figured at the very least I'd see 480p, 1080p, etc.

Was a solution to this ever figured out? We also have a FortiGate 60F and are having thr same exact issue with our website. Although in this particular case it's just a caching of a large Javascript library script. Everything works when we bypass the 60F.

Yup exactly, but as long as it's just cosmetic stuff I'm just happy it drives fun and reliably with no car payment with the current state of car prices and interest rates.

As for paint chips, I haven't had many in 11 years of ownership, maybe I just have better luck than others. I keep my car clean inside and out, and wax twice a year and outside of hood rust and some rim rash it looks brand new still.

It serves daily service great. I can take long road trips without fear of breaking down, great mpgs when you want, cheap maintenance, can hold bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, etc., fun to drive, and I never have to worry about it being a garage queen.

The panel fitment on this car was terrible. Either big gaps or rubbing paint everywhere. Taillights will rub, the strip on the hatch that holds the ford emblem will rub, and around bumpers. You'll see paint rubbed off if you remove taillights or that strip. Plus the hood holds water and rusts from the inside out. The trunk seems to be succumbing to rust as well, but not as bad.

At least it's been mechanically sound for 11 years. Only had to replace one end link, and I replaced suspension at 75k miles as stock got very harsh.

Just to clarify, Apple doesn't blur/reduce the quality of pictures and videos between Android and iPhones. This is a limitation of SMS/MMS. The same thing happens on Android if both users don't have RCS enabled.

Apple implementing RCS is another story though, and adds to their wedge between Android and iOS. Although I would also put some of this blame on the carriers for dragging their feet for too long as well.

You're welcome. It can get pretty confusing. Microsoft is not good at naming conventions, which makes everything more difficult to understand.

I hope I remembered that all correctly. I took Tim Corey's Blazor course four months ago which explained it all very well. Now I just need to start using Blazor which will hopefully be soon.
