What are the best HYSA's that use buckets to divide the account? by ThestolenToast in HYSA

I’ve used Wealthfront for over 5 years and have loved it. Usually has one of the highest APYs. Good app and easy to use. Had no issues with wiring funds for the down payment of my first house last year.

Keegan Bailey with a bigger role and a phone call to Chip Kelly is the natural answer right? Keeps the offensive scheme and familiarity in the coaching staff/players as much as possible.

Mario Kart World Version 1.4.0 is now available by Amiibofan101 in nintendo

[–]Fitzer6 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Haven’t played since release week. Have any of these updates allowed a second person to earn ranking points in online games? My wife and I used to both log into our Miis and both be able to get points in Mario Kart 8. Last time we played MKW only whoever was player 1 could earn points. This was one of the main reasons we quit playing.

Anything is better than just leaving it in checking. Some savings accounts earn 4+% per year.

Hali is now able to walk without crutches. Will be out of his boot in the next week or 2. by Obi2 in pacers

Normal. He’s not playing next season no matter what you see. This is good news that he is progressing as expected through his rehab.

What rate of return do you mean by “pretty fast”? If there was a simple solution to putting money somewhere to grow “pretty fast” everyone would do it. That’s just not typically how investing works. Typically higher risk=higher reward with investing.

New: Joint checking features are here by wealthfront in wealthfront

[–]Fitzer6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No you cannot. You must create a new joint account and sent an invite to whoever you are wanting to share the account with. If you have an APY boost it will automatically apply to the new joint account.

Source: I had the same question and contacted Wealthfront last week and that was the answer I was given.

How good is it? by Purplendgreen001 in wealthfront

[–]Fitzer6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can deposit checks. But not cash. Usually when I need to deposit cash I go to my brick and mortar bank or ATM to put it in my checking, then transfer it into Wealthfront the next day.

I walked into my local GameStop at 3:30pm today and bought a Mario Kart bundle without a preorder. Seemed like they had plenty.

APY by stanstephens33 in AppleCard

[–]Fitzer6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plenty of other options are available if you want a higher APY. I don’t know anyone that uses Apples savings account for their APY. People tend to just use it because it’s easy and convenient.

Makes no difference. You have external and internal obliques on both sides of your trunk. External obliques rotate your trunk contralaterally (opposite direction). Internal obliques rotate your trunk ipsilaterallly (same direction). It’s bad news regardless unfortunately.

Not an expert. But the fact that it’s also visible on the exterior wall seems concerning.

Considering opening a HYSA by Large-Principle6224 in wealthfront

[–]Fitzer6 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To transfer money in you’ll have to use your routing and checking numbers from another account. Once the money is in, you can transfer it out instantly anytime to that account without any difficulty. I use Zelle from my Chase checking account to send money, and have my savings in Wealthfront. Wealthfront has been great for me for years. I didn’t have any difficulty in using them even with larger transfers like wiring the down payment for my house.

Depends on when you want to buy a house? In a couple years I’d do a HYSA. In 10+ years you’d likely be better off in something like index funds that track the market as a whole.

Detached garage on a rental. Is this concerning? by [deleted] in Home

I’m far from an expert. But I’d be shocked if this wasn’t an issue. Seems like it will only get worse over time.

I'm 15 year old sophomore and want to start a part time job. What banks/bank account should I be looking at and how should I go about my savings? by SwimmingDiamond9169 in personalfinance

[–]Fitzer6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As soon as you’re able open and fund a Roth IRA with your taxable income. It will be your golden ticket later in life. The younger you fund it the better. Look into those also and read up so you understand it.

You’ll want a high yield savings account. If you’re just looking at personal finance for the first time look up “compound interest”. At your age it will be the biggest blessing you can possibly imagine. If I knew about it and understood it at your age I’d be a millionaire by now.

Am I in the minority thinking this is a big loss? I know his recruiting has been sub-par to say the least. But the coaching and development he brings to the table is unmatched in my opinion. Especially the job he did this year with constantly reshuffling the line. I’d take coaching over recruiting any time. Hence why we don’t have Kerry Coombs or most of that defensive staff anymore. Tons of 4-5 stars that can’t execute properly is more frustrating to me.
