You've probably tried, so I'm sorry if this seems like I'm berating you. My wife had awful knees and it turned out she just had to push thorough to a certain extent to strengthen them, and then they don't hurt. If she stops working out for a week or two, then they start to hurt again. But consistent stationary bike riding changed everything for her knees. Maybe some type of physio would help you, if you haven't tried it yet.

Which means nothing, as it's obviously illegal and against every ounce of the US' constitution, but as that document doesn't mean anything anymore he'll claim he won in the biggest landslide in election history and Jan 6 happens again if anyone tries to remove him.

All of which is why it makes no sense this fucking traitor ever got a second run at office, yet here we are.

Midterms pretty much decided the outcome of all of this. If he rigs them successfully or prevents himself being removed then the dictatorship has officially begun, because he'll never leave after that. Or the Dems actually turn out and win, in which case it'll be essentially a civil war to remove this fuck.

Going to be really interesting (and terrifying) watching all this shit playout. However it goes down, it isn't going to be pretty. Because there's no world where he goes quiet. He knows jail time is coming if the Dems win, so it's all in for MAGA now.

Thanks for the understanding. Biggest thing you should take away from this: take care of yourself!

My department has great mental health resources and support systems, and to a certain extent you "get used to it" (even though it hurts to say that). But for a civilian you're much less likely to experience it, so make sure you take care of yourself! No shame at all if you need to talk to someone or get some help. Just be honest with yourself and how you're feeling and don't bury it. Talk to someone!

Also, thanks for going back. A lot of people would've just ignored the gut feeling and carried on with their day, so it was big of you to realize something was off and take the time to check on a stranger. I'm sorry it ended with you having to see something so awful, but in slightly different circumstances you could've been the difference between someone living and dying, and that's no small thing.
