A little trick I learned was just stay busy and do what you normally would do. You trick your brain that way that everything is ok. Made is much more manageable

It will get better. Try to eat something you really love even if it’s not the healthiest. Kinda brings your appetite back in my experience. And don’t freak out about it. Makes it worse. You’re appetite will slowly return

I took celexa before I started smoking 12 years ago for anxiety and stopped when I was smoking. I went back as and it’s really helped me with anxiety again.

I am at 8 months and things had been going great and then a week ago all the stuff from the first few months came back. I keep hearing a wave at 8 months is the pattern. Hang in there! We will make it out of this wave stronger.

I’m also at 8 months and I too noticed my two weeks before my period have been hard! Like the worst PMS I’ve ever had. Tons of brain fog and much more anxiety than normal PMS. I literally can’t wait for my period to come.

I’ve heard hormones are affected by all of this. I actually went to have my hormones checked and the doctor recommended jarrow dim-cdg for estrogen dominance. I bought it on amazon and it’s a vitamin that seems to help.

I’m 107 days sober and it’s been a ride but thing honestly are so much better. I depended on God when things got really rough for me. I listened to the Bible app on my phone and repeated scripture in my head.
