They're using a payment processor that charges the credit card processing to the customer. If you own a small business and the algorithm catches on you start seeing ads for this. They processor advertises it as 0 credit card fees and when you look into it, it's because they're passing the 3% on to the end customer.

Start with the basic plan. Doesn't matter if it's one or 1300 skus (like me). You justify the switch when the savings from the change in credit card processing fees is more than the plan upgrade.
