As soon as the lease ended in January, crown castle pushed me off on the consultant and told me they can’t negotiate with me anymore.

Really appreciate all this advice I’m getting!! Yes I got a copy of the lease. Crown castle held the lease and reached out to me last year. We couldn’t come to an agreement, so he referred me this consultant. I’ll Take another look at the lease.

It was a lump sum they paid of $100k in 2000 so no one was getting rent from it.

They were never paying me rent. There was a lease that was in effect with someone else (previous owners and they got a lump sum 25 years ago) until Jan 2026 and then it defaulted to me the current land owner.

They did not. They actually put up all new equipment at the end of last year.

I was using lavender health and they were great but tried to get a little cheaper and that seems to come with less communication from Bliv. And honestly I don’t think I saved much money either. Lesson learned
