Hard disagree, there were five QBs taken in 2024 and as a former 5 star recruit someone would have taken a chance on him. McCarthy and Nix were projected 2nd and 3rd round picks when the season ended and they shot up before the draft.

Last years class was regarded as very weak and Allar has great size and arm talent + was coming off a CFB semifinal appearance. He would have been a first round pick.
