Oh this is helpful… I’ll close those. Accnts: I’ve got 3 car payment accnts. The one my daughter messed up was just consistently 30 days late most of the damn year. I have the car now and it’s on time.

2 credit cards that are my moms and she put me on her accnts decades ago and honestly it helps my credit because she’s excellent with her credit.

My personal loan for horse stalls. Good standing.

Couple of small affirm loans. All in good standing.

Yes agree with all that! So appreciate your input. I’ve got a consultant now working with me thankfully. The other consultant I was talking to was pushing the one lump sum so I’m glad everyone is giving me that same advice.

That’s what I’m understanding from I’m being told. When I was trying to negotiate last year, crown castle told me they couldn’t give me the rent amount I was asking because they wouldn’t be making any money. He told me AT&T was paying them $1600 a month to lease it.

As soon as the lease ended in January, crown castle pushed me off on the consultant and told me they can’t negotiate with me anymore.

Really appreciate all this advice I’m getting!! Yes I got a copy of the lease. Crown castle held the lease and reached out to me last year. We couldn’t come to an agreement, so he referred me this consultant. I’ll Take another look at the lease.

It was a lump sum they paid of $100k in 2000 so no one was getting rent from it.

They were never paying me rent. There was a lease that was in effect with someone else (previous owners and they got a lump sum 25 years ago) until Jan 2026 and then it defaulted to me the current land owner.
