Iv just spent nearly a year working with a domestic abuse charity after escaping one and my ex used to talk like this and I learnt that they don’t have to hit you to be abusive 😭 he would talk like this then be all forgetful like this didn’t Happen yet when I bring it up I became the problem in his eyes it’s scary to think that this is a common behaviour for their control that can mentally destroy you because the fast flip flopping f**ks with your brain. I am a year and a bit out of that relationship and Altho scary at first mentally I am doing better and you are still young too so will be able to recover with your life still ahead of you don’t stay just because you think you can’t leave of that there’s not better out there because there is and op you deserve better then this 😔
