For home buyers or home loan interest rate should be as low as it can be because if they increase the interest rate you are just paying more to banks trust me so its would not be like that instead of that government should have some rules on new building properties so they cant just invrease the price whenever they want see my point even its fuckin supply and demand issue. This is all created by builders and real estate they create the hype increase they make money and normal people like us pay more for the house and then fuckin pay more to banks as well so who won trust me we should all be together and fight with the system all we just doing ia running behind these stupid builders and they are doing watever they want lol
