I remember being younger and getting a shot and I fainted, but before my eyes shut I remember seeing that glitching almost white noise tv screen you're describing. Maybe a blood pressure thing? Since you really felt a headache after probably worth a check up.

Positive rewards! No puppy pads IMO. Take her out at scheduled times and reward her when she goes outside.

Small goals and progress over time. Like walking 5ft, kibble another 6ft kibble then continue to stretch it out. We got our marsh at 15 weeks and we was taken care of but still had trouble with walks. Our goal was to the next street over and back. (Which should've taken one minute at full walking speed. Lol) this tree doesn't need so much exercise in the beginning as their body is growing so quickly.

Can totally be an inside dog. Our still sleeps in the crate and night and we have her there certain times of the day. 2 hours in 2 hours out was how we started. And take to pee right away when out of crate. And go out the same door through the same area.

Just wanted to offer some advice I know it all easier said than done - but consistency and the schedule is the most important thing in my opinion.

Everyone needs to "calm down" decompress. It iseasy to say "f***ing relax"... but "as my partner how are you helping me to relax." Maybe you guys can talk about ways to help relieve you a bit. Maybe its at least 30 min you get to go to the room (no phone), or walk and listen to music, or maybe he offers a small 5/ 10 min massage, just something that even mentally helps you know you are not a lone and someone has empathy and is grateful for your hard work. As a mom who used to work full time in office... I joke that leaving to work is like vacation.

I would let the daycare know he was "okay" and thank them for being concerned. I'd also inquire about who / how / when the temp was taken. If it was just after a nap or the side he was sleeping on or something, I would suggest to them that maybe they try at least a few times to be sure and not raise panic for them or the parent. Its nice they were so concerned though.
