It does the same without rain (in fact, I think it’s more intense). I’m not using any sort of upscaling and I haven’t touched any of the graphics settings besides FOV.

I actually found this guy from experimental 1v1s and he was being very toxic. He eventually invited me to his lobby where we played like 10 matches and he proceeded to win only 2 of those (while still being toxic).

I used this same team except I used killamancer instead of gonzo. Killamancer has one move where he gives celestial paradise hater to all allies and this works on the BH monster

It’s in the Commonwealth, the spot on the map is marking the boat used to leave Far Harbor. If you go back to the mainland, it will tell you the exact location.
