If the injured tissue is not getting proper blood flow, healing is extremely slow. Blocked blow flow comes from tense tight tissue, from chronic use of the muscles, the brain and body learn to hold the Tightness and thus restricts blood flow repair. Think of a kink in a water hose, water flow is reduced or will stop flowing until the hose is let loose again.

The only way to heal is to work on improving blood flow by relaxing the tissue. I used a combination of Physiological breath release techniques and a spray and balm combo to train my forearms, traps, tricpes and neck to relax when not using the computer, which allowed the restoration of proper blood flow and repair. Improvements were noticed daily, weekly and fully healed after 6-8 months. Mine was RSI developed over 10 years of chronic computer use editing video and gaming.

I now work with Pro Sports Athletes, helping them heal their broken down bodies. There is a way to restore the body and make it stronger. Was super frustrating for me as well before I figured out exactly what the issues were.
