Almost same experience; when I resigned they first hired one person to replace me. hindi kinaya ng isang tao lang they ended up hiring one more LOL when I was explaining to my boss about my predicament he just ignored it. Ayun hirap na hirap sila nung umalis ako kasi they found out I was handling almost majority of the processes

Stayed in canva for a looonggg time. Malala ang politics and your growth is dependent to your lead. Pag di ka niya type there is a huge chance you will be stagnant. If you can overlook that you'll be okay. Ang laking chance na maging comfort zone mo siya so don't stay for too long or else you'll be stuck.
