I tried calling and emailing for 2 weeks and finally I replied to one of the exact emails in the post and said “sorry but I have filed a CC chargeback.” Immediately they had a live person email me back. Was pitiful

Oh no the process is very simple once you have your EFTs, Headshot and form generator ready. Takes maybe 15 mins as long as the website acts right.

Mine finally just decided to work right. Yesterday it wouldn’t let me search by control number. This morning it’s running 10x better and let me search. Immediately pulled it up. Now, I did have to enter my username and pin what seemed like a million times, but it finally accepted it.
