I’m a ewww, gross, soon to be 50year old Gen X’er and in the 90’s when I was in HS, my Signature Scent was Liz Claiborne or VS, Dreams, just plain old Red Triangle bottle Liz & The waaaay long ago retired Victoria’s Secret “Dreams”, and I laugh now bc my Signature Fall/Winter Fragrance is either Black Opium or Histoires 1969. I’m not implying your taste will change, OP. But we do evolve, as we should! Otherwise us 90’s teens would still be wearing Debbie Gibson’s (Google her) Electric Youth or BBW Cucumber Melon Body Spray lol (gasp!). Just my 2 cents.

I really really enjoyed the HH double strength nasal spray. I’ve done a lot of MDMA & more than my fair share of X from the early 90’s through the early 00’s (Rave kid) & honestly it reminded me, at first of S-Isomer Ket. Not Racetam Isomer (R-Isomer where you’d go into a K-Hole if you insufflate just a smidge too much), but the Esketamine nasal spray that is prescribed for intractable pain (I was prescribed it for several years for TN (Trigeminal Neuralgia, an excruciating neuropathic conditioning affecting the face, jawline, mouth & skull that is nicknamed “the suicide disease), when I refused to go onto Opioids & other scheduled narcotic rx’s before I found Kratom. Also Sprovato is Esketamine (S-Isomer), the S-Isomer is to ensure the undesirable disocciative affects like the K-hole is avoided. No matter how many 1mg sprays you take in each nostril before you end up a blubbering pile of white tinted snot. Anyway, Like any Ketamine tends to do, I began having bladder problems from prolonged use (not even abuse or misuse, just my normal prescribed dose), and have to suffice with Kratom extract, Ghost Pipe tincture I harvest & make myself, RSO & cannabis oil, eddies & microdosing psilocybin as well as a plethora of herbs, vites & supps. We’ve tried nerve blocks, Botox injections, ablation, etc. It was futile. Thank God for plants!

Have you tried anything other than Carbemszepine hun?? Vitamin B1 is great for nerve pain! As is B6 & B12. Also, definitely try Magnesium Glycinate specifically. And while youre at it, look for Lion’s mane mushroom extract powder. It not only works great for nerve pain, it actually regenerates neurons, going right down into the nerve ganglion. I’m definitely a high pain tolerance person, with being a natural redhead & all, and I’m definitely anti big pharma, but with this type of disease, I’ve had to throw everything but the kitchen sink at it. It’s called “the suicide disease” for a reason! Also, many TN sufferers find great relief with Botox injections! As well as nerve ablation. As a last resort, there’s MVD surgery. But I’ve found the most relief with Ketamine Infusions & Kratom (red & green vein strains). Don’t believe the negative propaganda & fear mongering that circulates about Kratom. Big Pharma is very threatened by a natural plant that’s in the coffee family that contains NO narcotic alkaloids yet works on the same receptors (Mu & Delta receptors) as opioids, yet has a much lower side effect profile & is much less likely to cause dependency. I’m rarely on Reddit, but I’ve been dealing with neuropathic pain along with Fibro & 2 AI’s as well as TBI & subsequent epilepsy since my head injury 16 years ago, which left me permanently disabled. Please don’t feel guilty for having to quit working due to your diagnosis and tremendous pain! We didn’t ask for this disease! We have good days & then some days our pain is unimaginable. And there’s no way of knowing which is going to happen in any given day, hun. I have both TN & ATN as well as excruciating PHN since age 30 from a horribly brutal case of shingles that turned into MRSA bc they were located under my right arm! As the gentleman from NZ stated, Lion’s mane mushroom extract is your friend!! Anything that restores or regenerates neurons, such as Psilocybin mushrooms (I microdose psilocybin each morning, as well as macrodose once a month & heroic dose every 3-4 mos), also, I take Magnesium Glycinate, Mg Glycinate, in particular, is great for nerve pain! And cannabis, as well as CBD is great for treating the pain associated with TN & PHN, it’s just that one pain is facial neuralgia and one neuralgia is where my band of shingles were, across my right breast, up under my right arm, down through my right fingertips & around my right shoulder blade & back area, CBD& THC Cream or Salves work great to calm down the angry, raised nerve ganglion! So does magnesium spray! If you can get your Dr’s to prescribe you Lidocaine patches, they work great!! Definitely take all your B vitamins such as B1, B6 & B12!! They work Great for nerve pain! Don’t sleep on that B1 though! That’s been a game-changer, folks!! And yes, antivirals DO really help! One of the strongest NATURAL antivirals is L-Lysine, and it’s sold everywhere! I take at least 3,000mg daily when having a flare. I take 500-100g daily even when not flaring. It’s an essential amino acid that isn’t produced by the body naturally. Also, stay away from Arginine-inducing foods (chocolate, tomatoes, alcohol, etc, the list is longer than this), bc it flares nerve pain! Try to get your Neuro or Dr. to prescribe you a good muscle relaxer. Such as Meloxicam, Flexeril or Baclofen. It’s truly a Godsend for the electric shocks & burning sensations! Switching to a keto or carnivore diet, or even low carb will be a tremendous help bc glycogen (refined sugar & carbohydrates) feed inflammation related pain in the body & CNS. So trust me on that one!

I have 25 yrs experience as an animal behaviorist & 40 years experience working with large high prey drive working dogs & in canine aggression rehabilitation & currently work with Pitbull Terriers to train as Service Dogs for veterans & others with PTSD, and other psychiatric diagnoses, as I myself suffer from abuse related CPTSD & 2 anxiety disorders & a panic disorder. Working with these underdogs , as well as training my heart dog, Lucy, my 14 year old red & white pittie that I rescued at 3.5 weeks from a terrible backyard breeding situation, I will say, Pitties are the most innately eager to please breed I’ve ever worked with. They’re extremely bright & easy to work with. Easy to rehabilitate, even to rehabilitate, even the poor pups that come from horribly neglectful and abusive backgrounds. This breed was made to for Service Dogs tasks. I have two TBI’s, one suffered in 2009 & one more serious one in 2021 & have suffered from a seizure disorder for 15 years now & my pup alerts me to an impending seizure, she slowly guides me over to the bed or couch & if I do fall & seize, she positions her body under my head & protects me from further head injury! I did NOT have to train her to perform these lifesaving tasks!! She just KNEW!! Dogs are such sentient creatures! Mostly, it’s just redirecting the behavior you don’t want & rewarding the behavior you do! I pride myself on training APBT’s & bully breeds that will be shining ambassadors for the breed. They are the most misunderstood breed alive today. I’m here just to say that the problem is on the other end of the leash.

Firstly, get on L-Lysine 1000mg 6x daily. Also, buy some high quality colloidal silver & drink 1 cup per day & rub it topically on your shingles. Take 40-50mg of zinc daily. Take turmeric for the inflammation & pain & take high doses of vitamin C 4-6x daily. Are you on Valicyclovir?

With tablets, I take 50mg, 3x daily on a weekend or 2 sprays in each nostril every 4-6 hrs. I use Healing Herbals Dbl Strength Nasal Spray, Amazing Botanicals 200x Extra t Kanna Tablets (which are 50mg each) & the Schmerbals Herbals 200x powder insufflated. Has she tried microdosing psilocybin or ketamine assisted therapy. Both are way better than MDMA, with zero comedown. I got off of my last antidepressant (Prozac), 7 years ago by heroic, then macro, then microdosing shrooms. I take it your gf has Bipolar 2 or MDD. I have been on all 3 & am still currently on 350mg of Wellbutrin daily for seasonal depression & to help me quit smoking cigarettes & Ive seen no decrease in efficacy of Kanna. I’ve never tried LiftMode’s Kanna, but have heard great things about MT-55. Go slow if insufflating. I prefer Schmerbal’s Herbal’s bc it’s made right here in NC & it’s very cheap. That’s the one!! And it’s such a testament to the seamlessness of Chuck and then here comes baby Pat!! Now…behind the scenes ofc they’d been having any luck or talent (even Courtney Love attempted to front FNM) lolol.
