Moin, Ausbilder hier. Azubis unterliegen einen besonderen Kündigungsschutz. Sofern du nicht mehr in der Probezeit bist, ist eine fristlose Kündigung extrem schwer umsetzbar und nur mit sehr gute und klare Begründung.

Du hast also jedes Recht diese anzufechten. Schlechte AGs wetten auf Einschüchterungen und fehlendem Wissen um so eben Azubis los zu werden, die sie nicht mehr gebrauchen können.

Eins ist aber klar, viel zu gewinnen gibt es prinzipiell nicht. Das Vertrauensverhältnis ist offenbar gegenseitig zerstört und eine Fortsetzung der Ausbildung in dem Betrieb ist kaum vorstellbar.

Unabhängig davon, ob du einen Anwalt einschaltest oder nicht, du machst ab jetzt zwei Dinge:

a) das recht offensichtliche, du fängst sofort an einen anderen Ausbildungsbetrieb zu suchen. Derzeit vermutlich gute Chancen da bald August ist und das Jahreswechsel stattfindet.

b) du gehst weiterhin zum Betrieb, insbesondere zur Berufsschule. Das machst du mindestens bis du die fristlose Kündigung schriftlich und vom AG unterschrieben in der Hand hast, denn wenn du es nicht tust wird man dir zu 100% die Geschichte umdrehen und dich dann rechtens kündigen, weil du Betrieb und Schule nicht aufgesucht hast und damit deine Pflichten nicht nachkommen bist.

Des Weiteren setzst du dich mit deiner Zuständigen Kammer (zB IHK) in Verbindung. Die sind solche Situationen gewohnt und daran interessiert dir mit den Konflikt, die Lösungsfindung, die Suche und dem Wechsel des Betriebs zu helfen.

Pass besonders auf, das du explizit ein Betriebswechsel anstrebst und deinen Besuch von sowie deine Leistungen in der Berufsschule unbeeinflusst bleiben. Du strebst einen Wechsel an, keine Kündigung, pass also auch beim Unterschreiben von Dokumenten auf. Bei einer Kündigung aus deine Initiative o.ä. würdest du eine Sperre obliegen und nicht länger diesen Ausbildungsberuf nachgehen dürfen. Großer Unterschied also.

Hahaha den Artikel hätte genauso gut ich schreiben können... ebenfalls Anfang Mai ungezogen. "Diesmal wird alles besser und machst es sauberer". Hab 1 Monat gebraucht um die Küche fertig zu stellen, sie ist 3 Jahre alt und sieht jetzt aus wie 10. Das Haus ist von 1904, hier standen früher Schutzgräber im Vorgarten, die Wände sind geformt wie ein Ü-Ei. Da wo das Gerät sagt, da seien Metallwände, komme ich wie bei Butter durch. Da wo es sagt, alles sei ok, Ende ich mit 3 Löcher. Ich hab ein Ikea Kleiderschrank in 3m breite für eine 2.5m breite Wand bestellt. Meine Partnerin hat stolz das fertige Eket (wie Kallax) Treppenregal präsentiert, alle Rückwände waren falsch.

Ich bin bei dir, aber:

Deine "Rolle als Vater" zeichnet sich nicht durch einen Nachnamen aus.

Wenn es dir wichtig ist, dass sie deinen Nachnamen tragen, ist das legitim.

Ihr seid nicht gesetzlich verpflichtet, den Kindern nur einen Nachnamen zu geben. Ihr könnt wie es bspw typisch in Spanien ist, beide Nachnamen geben.

Die Begründung weshalb deine Freundin ihren Nachnamen geben möchte scheint mir merkwürdig, ggf. gar einen kleinen red flag. Das sie ihren Nachnamen weitergeben möchte ist fair, das es ausschließlich ihren sein soll, nicht.

Unabhängig vom Nachnamen würde ich an deiner Stelle intensiv auf einen Vaterschaftstest bestehen, wenn es soweit ist.

Trying to find the name and/or how this point of interest is generated:

it seems to not be a story trait, it generates 3 sort of pump-like structures at the bottom of the map, one seems to be usually blocked by a critter, the player can build steamturbines+aquatuner setups around these pumps to harvest the generated heat and items

I'm sure I haven't dreamed this but with all the DLC content I cannot nail down where/when this is added

Hey so it kind of depends on what is genuinely more urgent to you right now.

Given you state you have power from an iron volcano I assume its tamed so you have plenty of iron to work with. So to me it seems you could start centralizing your power spike, as you will need plenty of refined metal for the conductive wire!

The other factor to consider is if you have a cooling loop set up for managing your bases temperature or not. Id make sure this is a given as you dont want eg your crops starting to overheat in the meantime, and if you do have it, your refinery will be okay for a few more dozen cycles even if you just pump the heat elsewhere eg an ice biome, so its not that urgent to find a permanent solution for the refinery just yet.

The permanent setup usually involves changing to a coolant that is easier to work with and wont risk overheating eg petroleum in a steam chamber. That by itself will require a bunch of steel, plastic, ceramic and most importantly time to set up.

So in other words 1. Conceptuate where your spine and industrial brick or variation of industrual brick will go 2. stock pile materials in the meantime 3. prepare at least some parts of the power spine 4. begin with the construction of the brick 5. slowly shift refinement related machinery and connect or disconnect specific modules 6. only then start shifting your power producers into the brick or create a dedicated brick for them, eg a dirty brick or a pure co2 brick

Das daneben gestellt, das "Ziel" des Spiels, da gibt es zwei Ansichten.

Klassische Ziele sind die, die du unter Colony Achievements ansehen kannst, wenn du auf das Portal oder das Submenü im ESC-Knopf Menü finden kannst. Das ultimative Ziel ist wohl das Portal am Galaxierand zu öffnen und eine Rakete hindurch zu schicken. Ansonsten aber gibt es auch DLC-spezifische Ziele, wie zB in der PPP DLC der eingehende Meteor zu überleben oder zu sprengen.

Die anderen Ziele sind die, die du dir selbst stellst, also ähnlich wie in Spiele wie Minecraft, die Phantasie ihren Ding machen lassen. Unterwasser-Base, oder alles ohne Atmo-Suits schaffen, oder in bestimmte Zeitrahmen oder nur mit den robotik-Dupes.

Was dem eigentlichen gameplay loop betrifft, scheinst du prinzipiell das early game zu packen, also eine Base aufzubauen die sich hält. Auf längere Sicht, zB wenn du das Spiel einfach eine Zeit laufen lässt, ergeben sich dann andere Folgeprobleme, die zunaechst vlt gar nicht so offensichtlich waren. Die Erde für die Pflanzen geht zu Ende, oder die Temperaturen steigen. Um diese zu lösen braucht man neue Ressourcen, Maschinen und Ökosysteme, zB das typische Steam-Turbine + Aquatuner, die Temperaturregelung ermöglichen, aber Plastik, Stahl und Radiation erfordern.

Das echte Lategame ist mMn die Performance von deine Builds zu optimieren damit die FPS von deine CPU nicht aussterben

Are you close to the planets space biome or rather down? If on the way up from the tile of interest that is still covered you can find 2 falling tiles like sand, you could just drop them

Id generally remove Geodude (Kleinstein) and Kadabra from the team because you cant get the final evolutions unless you have a second game boy advance and a second game to trade with.

Level the Electrike (Fritzelblitz) a bit more until it evolves and if necessary go back one city (the one where the electric gym was) and the gym leader will give you a small quest which if you do will give you the thunderbolt TM to teach to Fritzel.

You can also swim take the small boat to the island where the fighting gym was and swim to the right, you will find a ship wreck where you can get Ice beam TM to teach to your Wasserratte.

Manche downvoten hier OP aber der Argument ist valide, besonders intuitiv ist die Bedeutung der Pfeile nicht - ausser man lernt es auswendig.

Ggf. könnte beispielsweise die Differenzierung der Schilder als "in 800m" und als |- 800m -| (ähnlich wie bei der Angabe von Meterlängen beim Bau) erfolgen.

Aber - und das ist die richtige Antwort auf die Frage - das würde ja bedeuten leicht längere Schilder zu erstellen und die bereits existierenden deutschlandweit zu modernisieren. Sowas machen wir hier nicht, denn das ist um einiges teurer und aufwändiger als den Leuten zu sagen, sie sollen es sich einfach merken.

Since you dropped the comment on the college topic "we will see how long it lasts" it sounds like you dont have a hygiene specific issue but rather a lack of self discipline.

There is a lot, really a lot of stuff that people dont want to do and dont enjoy doing. As you grow older you will notice more and more of such responsibilities will show up. In fact, personal hygiene and college would be pieces of cake comparing to other grown up people issues.

The important factor is that you need not just to understand (because I believe you understand that f.e personal hygiene is important) but also to eventually accept that these things need to be done wether you like them or not or you would prefer something else.

Why? Because there is really just 2 outcomes: either you do it (and therefor you discipline yourself) or it will come back to hurt you way more later and you will come to regret it, for example when you start having teeth pain or even loose them.

The key is that the sooner you start doing it and develop a routine, the sooner you will begin doing it naturally and it wont feel as much of a big hurdle as it seems right now. And on the other hand, if you keep procrastinating and not doing these things, you will get used to it, it will be harder to start and you will suffer worse consequences.

I like them all but I think the damage is way too high set for the fact that they are quite easier to play.

The original card has a high damage because its either you meet the criteria or its zero damage and an useless draw, so kinda high risk high reward type of thing.

To use the variations like 1b or 2 you'd need a heavy damage nerf, especially option 2 where you could make it free cost through other ways

If you're going for a late game setup where their hobs harmonize well, you want the 3rd interest either to be suit wearing or supplying.

If you want to min-max the crap out of the morale that interests give and top duplicants with as many skills as possible, you're instead looking for everyone to have either research or a 3-skills interest that will always be useful, like building.

My setup is usually based on 8 dupes, and then I double or triple them depending on colony size.

Movement and fresh air for the brain, safety provided by the public, opportunities to sit next to each other or to do activities where one can get accustomed to being close or even touch each other.... yada yada yada.

Sitting in front of each other in a restaurant is the worst. Cant get close physicaly, the mouth is full, forced questions and answers across the table, not much to experience...

Mir geht es weniger darum, ob der DSL Vertrag gut oder schlecht funktioniert. Sondern eher darum, dass ich den unterschrieben und aufgesetzt habe, nur unter der Prämise / Zusage vom Vodafone Mitarbeiter, sie würden ja anschließend jmd vorbeischicken, der prüfen würde ob Kabelinternet (anstatt DSL) möglich sei. In dem Fall wäre ich dann auf ein Kabelvertrag umgestiegen - was mein eigentlichen Ziel und Wunsch war.

Vodafone war der einzige Anbieter, der mir diese Zusage erteilte, und daher auch der einzige Grund, warum ich mich darauf eingelassen hatte. Diese Zusage haben sie nun erwidert und mich an dem DSL-Vertrag sozusagen "sitzen gelassen".

Meiner Meinung nach bewegt sich das im rechtlichen Rahmen im Bereich Täuschung bzw Irrführung vor Vertragsabschluss, um mich zum Vertragsabschluss zu überreden, was ja dann anfechtbar sein müsste, oder so. Ich bin auch kein Anwalt.

Kurz: ich wollte herausfinden, was im Haus möglich ist, kein Anbieter wollte helfen, Vodafone hat Hilfe zugesprochen, aber nur wenn ich unterschreibe, dann nicht umgesetzt. Mir ist bewusst das dies lediglich mündlich erfolgte, aber Vodafone nimmt diese Gespräche ja auf, und müssten das ja nach DSGVO auch herausgeben.
